Why can't I hear anyone on my headset

1. Check your volume slider in the lower right hand corner of system tray. 

2. Unplug your headset, wait 10 seconds, then plug your headset back in.

3. If you still can't hear anyone, please submit a ticket and contact the Help Desk.
