I got disconnected from NetExtender and now I can't log back into Noble, what do I do?
Agents can only have one concurrent login to the Noble phone system. If you got disconnected from NetExtender and quickly reconnected, the system may still think you are already logged in. Please submit a ticket and call the Help Desk. We can have you removed from the system and you will be able to log back in. Please Note: You will automatically be signed out of 15 minutes.
